HK150SD Amphibious Excavator Launched For Challenging Water Terrain Operations
HK150SD Amphibious Excavator Launched for Challenging Water Terrain Operations
We are proud to announce the release of the HK150SD Amphibious Excavator, a high-performance solution designed specifically for demanding environments such as wetlands, swamps, rivers, and coastal areas. With advanced engineering and reliable components, the HK150SD delivers exceptional efficiency, stability, and durability in both land and water operations.
Powerful Performance & Reliable Components
The HK150SD is equipped with a Yanmar 4TNV98T engine, delivering 54.3 kW at 2200 rpm, ensuring strong power output and fuel efficiency. Its hydraulic system features premium components, including a Toshiba PVC90RC06 pump, Toshiba IB18-8021 valve, and Toshiba SG025E-136 swing motor, providing smooth and precise control. The machine also utilizes DOOSAN TM10VC travel motors (4 units), enhancing mobility and traction across difficult terrains.
Advanced Amphibious Undercarriage
Designed for superior adaptability, the undercarriage pontoon system includes:
Four travel motors for enhanced maneuverability
Reinforced track shoes and chains for durability
Large buoyancy for stable floating operations
Hydraulic extendable undercarriage for flexible width adjustment
This design ensures optimal performance in soft, muddy, or waterlogged ground conditions.
Impressive Working Capabilities
With a maximum digging reach of 9 meters and a digging depth of up to 5879 mm, the HK150SD is capable of handling a wide range of excavation tasks. Its standard bucket capacity of 0.25 m³ and powerful digging forces (49 kN for the bucket and 43.4 kN for the arm) make it suitable for both light and medium-duty operations.
