HEKING has introduced the HK300SDA, a powerful 35–36 ton amphibious swamp excavator engineered to tackle some of the most challenging environments in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Designed for wetlands, marshes, riverbanks, and coastal operations, the new model is positioned as a high-performance solution for contractors across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
At the core of the HK300SDA is a robust dual pontoon undercarriage system that delivers exceptional buoyancy and stability. With an ultra-low ground pressure of just 0.14 kg/cm², the machine can operate efficiently on soft, waterlogged terrain where conventional excavators would struggle or fail entirely. This makes it particularly suited for dredging, canal cleaning, flood control, and environmental restoration projects.

With a production lead time of approximately 45 days and flexible international payment terms, HEKING is targeting global distributors and project owners seeking reliable amphibious excavation solutions. As demand grows for specialized equipment capable of operating in extreme environments, the HK300SDA stands out as a versatile and future-ready addition to the heavy machinery market.
Powering the excavator is a Mitsubishi 4M50-TLC3J turbocharged diesel engine, providing 118 kW of reliable output. Paired with a Doosan T5V112 variable plunger pump and a PARKER AV280 hydraulic control valve, the system ensures smooth operation, precise control, and high digging efficiency under demanding conditions. The integration of globally recognized components underscores HEKING's commitment to durability and ease of maintenance.
One of the standout features of the HK300SDA is its extended working capability. With a maximum digging reach of up to 15.5 meters and a digging depth exceeding 10 meters, operators can cover larger areas with fewer repositioning cycles—boosting productivity on large-scale projects. The standard 0.5 m³ bucket further enhances material handling efficiency.
Mobility is another key strength. The machine is equipped with four independent travel motors, delivering superior traction and maneuverability across uneven, muddy, or submerged terrain. Reinforced with high-strength Q345B steel and durable track components, the undercarriage is built to withstand abrasive conditions and prolonged use.
For projects requiring deeper water operations, the HK300SDA offers optional additional pontoons and spuds, enabling enhanced stability and anchoring capabilities. This flexibility allows contractors to adapt the machine to a wide range of applications, from oilfield access to coastal infrastructure development.
