HEKING 30-Ton Swamp Excavator: Built for the Toughest Wetland & Coastal Projects
When the ground turns soft and conventional machines sink, the HEKING 30-Ton Swamp Excavator keeps working. Engineered specifically for wetlands, river dredging, oil & gas pipelines, flood control, and coastal engineering, this amphibious workhorse delivers stability and power where standard excavators fail.
At the heart of the HK300SD model sits a Mitsubishi 4M50-TLC3J inter-cooled turbo engine producing 118 kW at 2000 rpm, paired with a Doosan T5V112 pump and PARKER AV280 valve. The result is a digging force of up to 122.85 kN at the bucket and 97.64 kN at the arm – enough to break compacted soil, remove debris, and shape channels even in saturated terrain.
The machine's wide pontoons (8.3 m long, 1.8 m wide each) distribute weight to achieve a ground pressure of just 0.14 kg/cm². That means minimal rutting and maximum flotation over peat, marsh, or mud. With a maximum digging reach of 10.19 m and a dump height of nearly 7 m, operators can clear wide drainage ditches or reinforce levees without repositioning constantly.
For deep-water applications, the HEKING 30-Ton offers optional additional pontoons and a spud system, transforming it into a stable platform for submerged work. The dual DOOSAN TM60VC travel motors provide two-speed traction (3.3 km/h high, 2.17 km/h low), while the Eaton swing motor ensures smooth 360° rotation – critical when working around existing structures.
Reliability is backed by a production time of within 40 days after down payment (30% T/T, 70% before delivery). Whether you are reclaiming coastal land, laying pipelines across a swamp, or reinforcing flood defenses, the HEKING 30-Ton Swamp Excavator is ready to perform. No more bogging down – just consistent output in the world's most challenging environments.
